A sustainable community led heritage development, creating a unique environment offering open spaces and opportunities for creative, commercial and community initiatives and businesses.

Born as an extension of a grass roots voluntary group, Friends of Burngreave Chapels and Cemetery located in an inner city area in the north of Sheffield, who's main purpose is the restoration of the structures. CO aims to provide sustainable development of the building for creative, community and commercial use.

Local and citywide creative industries and businesses will benefit from the provision of easily accessible affordable managed workspace, in an attractive green space in the north of the city. Creative companies will also benefit from working in close proximity with one another and the artist studios, maximising opportunities for networking, co-working and cross fertilisation of creative ideas.
